Roots in the Concrete Industry that Run Deep

Based just outside of St George (Brant), Redi-Wall Forming & Concrete Inc. is owned and operated by the Pennings family. One of the founders, Hans, was introduced to concrete as a boy when his father worked in the agricultural construction industry building silos. The last silo was built in 1985 and due to the demands of a booming housing market, it was natural to continue in the concrete business by transitioning into the forming and pouring of concrete footings and foundation walls. The business quickly expanded into the commercial sector.

Meet the Team

Today the business is primarily run by sons, Ken, Jeff and Rob while they prepare the next generation to follow in their footsteps–some of whom have already been involved through summer employment. As Operations Manager, Ken oversees the daily scheduling and is our licensed and skilled Crane Operator. Jeff and Rob are experienced job site foremen.

Support comes from 18 full-time, dedicated employees split between 4 to 5 work crews. Our team understands the fast-paced business of concrete where timing is everything. It’s all about taking advantage of a limited window of opportunity and completing a job successfully in a predetermined amount of time while maintaining a solid line of communication with the owner or general contractor.
